DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Heritage Asset Co., Ltd. appointed IEC as their designer for the project. RPM is located on the east coast of Phuket Island; it will be the largest yacht marina in Thailandand Southeast Asia. The Project has a capacity for 350 yachts, condominium towers, luxury hotel and spa.  The services provided for the Project includedthe gate lock structure between two marina basins, water supply and drainage system.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Preliminary and detailed engineering design of the civil, structural works; Provide inputs for preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment; Preparation of Contract Documents including the Drawings and Technical Specifications.

KEY FACTORS:

·         Fast-track design and construction

·         Geotechnical design of pilings for the various soil strata.

·         Structure design namely, roads and bridges, retention structures, water supply and fire hydrants, drainage system, telecommunications.

·         Co-ordination and integration of the design with the relevant Government Authorities, and other Designated Contractors.
