DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Heritage Asset Co., Ltd. appointed IEC as their designer for the project. RPM is located on the east coast of Phuket Island; it will be the largest yacht marina in Thailandand Southeast Asia. The Project has a capacity for 350 yachts, condominium towers, luxury hotel and spa.  The services provided for this project includingboth design and construction supervision work of condominium which is called Aquaminium.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Analysis and preliminary/detailed engineering design of the civil, structural works. Supervision work in construction stage. Provide inputs for preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment; Preparation of Contract Documents including the Drawings and Technical Specifications.

KEY FACTORS:

·         Fast-track design and construction

·         Geotechnical design of pilings for the various soil strata.

·         Structural design of Aquaminium superstructure.

·         Co-ordination and integration of the design with the relevant Government Authorities, and other Designated Contractors.
